Our Approach
Before starting, Encanto carried out an on-site assessment to confirm the best access method and the most suitable cleaning technique.
To achieve safe access across the roofline, a boom lift (MEWP) was used, allowing the team to work efficiently while staying fully controlled at height.
Where roof-mounted solar panels were present, extra care was taken to work around the installations and keep the surrounding areas clean and tidy throughout the project.

Safety is central to every commercial clean Encanto undertakes. For this project, the team worked to agreed site procedures, with controlled access areas and clear safety measures in place. Using a MEWP allowed for a safer working position and helped keep the project efficient without unnecessary risk.
